A1: There is 12 months warranty on Table Requester, Iwatche pager and System Host. Extented warranty is available.
Q2 What happens if i lose a Table Requester or an iWatch Pager? Back to top
A2: New ones can be purchased. We can setup to matching your existing host or Iwatchepager.
Q3 What is the signal covery range? Back to top
A3: The signal covery range depend of the environment it’s surrounded him. Generally 40-60 meters in a restaurant or 500 meters for patio or Veranda. For greater distances signal Enhancer can be purchased.
Q4 How many iWatch Pager or Table Requester can be used with the system? Back to top
A4: The visual host can manage 99 Table Requester. Host C can manage 511 Table Requesters and 245 iWatch Pagers. Host T can manage up to 99 Tables and 10 iWatch Pagers.
Q5 Can the system be programmed to allow waiter sections? Back to top
A5: Yes, by using different iWatch Pager, a restaurant can have an unlimited number of sections.
Q6 Can the system be integrated into another point of sales system? Back to top
A6: No, the system is stand alone.
Q7 How long do the batteries last? Back to top
A7: On average, the Table Requester batteries have to be changed every 3 months and iWatch Pager batteries every months.
Q8 Can i leave the Table Requester outside? Back to top
A8: Yes, they are water Proof.
Q9 Can i check the response times of my staff? Back to top
A9: Yes, statistical data can be recorded for management review by the service monitoring system.
Q10 How can i prevent the Table Requester from being stolen? Back to top
A10: We are supplied with an adhesive 3M tape or velcro that can be secured to tables.
Q11 What happens if the system doesn’t work? Back to top
A11: Firstly check the batteries. If there is still a problem disconnect the power from the display, wait 10 seconds and then reconnect.
